As an ambitious lawyer, Cindy McGoldrick, opened her own law office in 1994.
After 29 years of private practice, thousands of real estate transactions and hundreds of estate proceedings, Cindy has established herself as an experienced lawyer in the fields she wished to practice.
Today, Cindy practices Real Estate Law and Wills and Estates law.
Through the years, Cindy has utilized her oral advocacy skills in negotiating contractual issues for clients. Her strong analytical skills have allowed her to be thorough with her work, which is being subjected to thin deadlines and immense workloads.
Cindy's greatest effort and attribute is her compassion towards her clients.
Tammy Lyons | Senior Law Clerk
Tammy Lyons is a caring and experienced Senior Law Clerk with over 30 years of experience in real estate closings. She is committed to customer satisfaction and quality service.
As a young clerk, Tammy started her career in downtown Toronto, learning the basics of real estate closings. As the years went by, she progressed and advanced her expertise in the field, all while managing other firm duties and responsibilities.
As a Senior Law Clerk, Tammy assists clients with all real estate matters under the supervision of Cindy McGoldrick. She is capable of handling all residential property closings, including but not limited to detached freeholds, condominiums, POTLs and assignments of Agreements.
Isabel Goulart | Senior Law Clerk
Isabel Goulart is a Senior Law Clerk with Cindy McGoldrick Professional Corporation. Isabel is involved in all aspects of the residential real estate process and estate work. Isabel brings an in-depth knowledge and expertise to all aspects of real estate, office management and file processing to the firm. Isabel is highly motivated, energetic, devoted and organized.
Isabel has a strong knowledge of residential real and its changing technology, laws, processes and procedures.
Isabel joined Cindy McGoldrick Professional Corporation in 2021 and has been a law clerk since 1994. Before joining Cindy McGoldrick Professional Corporation, Isabel worked as a legal assistant and then a law clerk in Mississauga, Brampton and Toronto which allowed her to establish and maintain substantial contacts and relationships with banks, mortgage brokers, realtors and clients.
Isabel brings over 35 years of experience, skill and knowledge as a law clerk to the firm's Real Estate Team. Isabel is a dedicated, hardworking, skilled and compassionate person who enjoys helping our clients feel more at ease regarding the stresses of dealing their real estate transactions.
